Returns & Exchanges

At Unze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched.
